Finally, I have a greenhouse

We had ordered two greenhouse kits from Costco and when they arrived we put them together.
The photo above is NOT the Costco kit-greenhouse . . . that one lost it's pop-in windows the first storm we had.
We disassembled those and took them back
and then my most wonderful husband began to build me a real greenhouse of wood and glass
that will NOT blow away.

I know you know how i feel about having my own greenhouse. I am beside myself with joy!

. . . and yes . . . i might just move in there and live in it, LOL.

I have an old iron bed that will most definitely go inside. On warm summer nights whoever dares can sleep under the stars ~ ~ ~ the roof is glass too.

You are one lucky girl! I think I'd want to move into it too, or at least spend a night under the stars. I'll look forward to seeing your progress.

What a great greenhouse! It will be such a treat to have when the weather turns cold and until then... you can camp out in it. Fun.
Thank you for your nice comment on my blog. You asked about my name. I recently explained it for the first time and you can read that post here if you like. I hope to see you around and I'll be watching for stories about your new serviceable house.

Congratulations ! It's a beauty. We added several months ago. It is a kit that my neighbor didn't want. We'll see how it holds up but so far so good. I only have some basil, tomatoes & peppers in there now (during our heatwave summer). Best basil crop I've ever had though.

Enjoy! Paula

Give your man a medal! A great construction and when it's done you can spend many happy hours under the stars.

I am so happy for you!
I have often thought I would love to have a greenhouse...
I can imagine having tea and cakes in the greenhouse, surrounded by blooms, when it is snowing outside...
Fresh lettuces too from the green house!
Wonderful!
