♥ Pumpkin Cookies Recipe


This is simple:
Pumpkin Cookies
1 Cup Shortning
1 Egg
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour, sifted
1 Cup Pumpkin
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon
bake 375, 10-12 min.
Frosting:
3 tsp Butter
4 tsp Milk
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
3/4 tsp Vanilla
Cook the butter, milk and brown sugar until dissolved, then add powdered sugar & vanilla.
Spread on warm cookies.
Enjoy
